I am applying for EAD, I have a question regarding Q: 12 Date of last entry into the US:

I had been to US earlier so should i put that date or should i put the current date pf entry

Whenever was the last time you entered the US, put that date.

Sorry to post again - I had entered US in 2003 on L1 and now currently on L2. So, which date i have to put?

Did you ENTER the US with an L-2 visa? or did you change status?

if you changed, then put the 2003 time.

If you entered with an L-2, then put that one, whenever it was.
