Hi everybody,
Recently I filed for I-485, AP and EAD
for myself and my wife. Also, my H1 is valid
till 2003. I need to travel to India in
this year. I have couple of questions:
1. Should I travel on H1 visa or AP ?
2. My wife does not have valid stamping
in her passport since she came on H4 visa
and later got H1. For her, should we try
to get H1 visa stamping when we go to India?
Or should she travel on AP?
Will appreciate any help on this
