EAD - Questions...help??

Hi,

I filed for AOS 3 weeks back.
Expecting my EAD in another 2 months or so.

I have the following questions:
1. Can i still work on the EAD, even if i get laid off within 180 days?
2. If AOS is not adjudicated within the expiry date of the EAD, can i just go and renew it ?
3. Are there any chances of getting a GC directly, if there was not even a single RFE?
