Hi,
I am on an F-1 Visa. I applied for my EAD after graduation. Since I did not get the EAD card in 90 days, I went to the local INS office and got my Interim EAD. Now, can my company apply for my H-1 with just the Interim EAD card?
The INS automated system tells me my 765 case is approved and that the EAD card has been ordered. But no sign of the card yet in the mail. Anybody else experience this?
Any information/tips you guys can provide on this will be much appreciated.
