Hi., I have filed for i485 for my wife and myself. I did not apply for EAD /AP since my visa is valid till May 2002. My wife has gone to India with her passport only with a valid H4 stamp till May 2002.
Will there be any problem at the port of entry while coming back if she just had a passport with valid H4 Visa stamped.,
Does she need
1. My original H1 approval notice to show at the port of entry as additional proof
2. Does she need her H4 papers. I did not apply for her H4 papers yet.
