What does EAD actually mean and other questions?

Hello,
I'm really confused about all the acronyms, dates, forms and so on. At the moment I am on a H1B and have just completed the I-140 stage.

My biggest problem is that I am dealing with corporate attorneys who are completely unhelpful and I can never get understandable answers out of them. I am not even meant to be communicating with them directly, which worsens the confusion.

They waste months getting me information and requirements and it's now been over 4 years since my labor cert application went in.

Questions for I-485 filing:
1 -Can I make an appointment with any approved doctor and get the medical out of the way?

2 - Is there anything else, other than the photos, I can get busy on to speed the filing of the I-485?

Questions for EAD:
3- Does this mean that I can continue to work for primary sponsor and take a part time job too?

4 - Is there a limit as to how much you can earn from the part time job?

5 - Does the part time job have to be W2 based?

6 - Could it be 1099?

7 - Can you have multiple part time employers?

8 - Can you incorporate and work for yourself?

9 - Can I file concurrent with I-485?

Only INS approved doctor can do medical. Check Web for finding INS approved doctor in your area.

Get busy on collecting birth evidence(with proper information), marriage evidence(if applicable), other Visa related documents, employment and residence history etc. Check do you need Advance Parole etc.

I dont know too much regarding your EAD questions.
