    AP/EAD timeline

    I applied for an AP and EAD , three month ago, I received the AP but not the EAD.
    Does this mean that INS lost my papers?
    The telephone of INS is busy all the time !! is there any way in which i can get this matter shorted?
    Does the attorney has the authority to contact the INS without hanging on the phone?
