Hey,
I am in the process of filling my 485 .
My wife is planning to visit India early next year and return back in late march.Her H4 visa is expring on March 15 ,2002.
I already have got her h4 approval notice.
This visa needs to be stamped on the passport.
Do i need Advance Parole or can she reenter USA after getting her h4 visa stmaped in Idnia?
Can we use the TT services to get the H4 stamped?
What are the documents she needs to carry from here?
Can she get her current Visa stamped before her prior visa expires?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
