Advance Parole and H1

Hi,

I have my H1 approved and yet to get my stamping done.
If i travel out of the country using my advance parole , will my H1 become invalid? Can i not use my H1 again?

H1 will not become invalid if you travel on AP. It will though, if you use EAD to work.

You should get your stamping done. You should travel on H1 and IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG at the POE show them your AP... you are "Technically" not admitted to the US under AP... you are paroled for 1 year until your AOS is completed.

H1 and AD

Hi,
I entered in US on Jan 2000, since then I am extending my H1, My H1B is vaid up to the Oct 2008 but no stamping,I have applied I-485 and and also planning to visit India On AP In Dec 2008.

My question is can I travel on AP and try to get H1 stamping on my PP, and if this can be done, then what would happen if I would get rejected H1 stamping, will I be able to enter US using my AP.
