Advance Parole - Document Instruction

One of my friend has applied for I-485, AP and EAD together last year. She received her AP and EAD notice but her I-485 receipt notice was returned back due to mailing problems. After contacting INS they said it cannot be resend and is not required although they gave the Receipt Notice number. She got her AP and EAD. Now she needs to reapply for AP as it is expiring. What documents are needed to be sent with form I-131 as she does not have the I-485 receipt notice? Please note that currently she is on H1B status and has never used AP or EAD.
