Hello,
my spouse and I moved one year ago from Germany. I work for a German
Company here in NC. I do have an E2 visa. My Spouse has also an E2 visa. Me was told if my spouse wants to work she does need a EAD. Is this true? German friends of us have an L1 and the Spouse has an L2 visa. They was told she does not need a EAD. What is true now? I also heard that the law was changed for the E or L visas. Hope you can help me to understand.
