travel with AP and EAD and maintain h1 status

Hi All,
I heared we can still use our H1 visa after we get EAD. Is it possible to use H1 when we go to india with AP come back on EAD since I do not have visa stamped on my passport?

You are a little confused.

You can Use your H1 visa to travel, while you are Adjusting Status.
You can Use your AP too, but...

The moment you use your EAD (to work), you H1B visa is invalidated and you can not use it anymore. Neither to work or travel.
