H4 to EAD

Myself and My Wife are on H1 and H4, respectively. I have recently filed AOS along with EAD/AP for both of us. My question is :
If I remain on H1B, is it possible for my wife to use the EAD and start looking for a job? Will this have an effect on my status of being on H1B?

She can start working on EAD without affecting you H1B. Her visa is affected by yours, not the other way around.
