    What is infopass? Is that in the local immigration office? My employer applied for my EAD through the company lawyer. May I personally go through infopass to expedite EAD processing?

    Infopass is the appointment system for USCIS local offices.

    Find more information here: http://infopass.uscis.gov

    And yes, you can go personally and request that they sent an email to NBC to expedite your EAD.
