EAD concern-Pls. help Praetorian XI

Hi Praetorian,

I entered as K1 visa here in US, and I sent my EAD application with my I-485(AOS) after 90 days of my entry ( or on the 92nd days fron the date of my entry. On #16 question I answered (a)(6), i was confused what category I belong whether (c)(9) or (a)(6). WOuld it be a problem?

I appreciate it very much if you could help me with this. Thank you.

It should have been (c) (9).

Your EAD is no longer based on your K-1 visa, is now based on your AOS application. Hopefully since you sent everything concurrently (together and at the same time) they will correct the error and still process everything.

Have they sent you receipts yet?

Yeah, I received a receipt one week after, and I just received a biometrics appointment yesterday scheduled on Oct.26. So does it mean that they accepted it? I hope they already checked my application before they sent me any appointment.
