need advise on pending EAD

Hi,

I applied for I485/I765 on July 5th.Received Receipts for 485/I765 on Sep 6th.

FP notice for I485 on 9/16/07 however FP notice for i765 is still not received .

Pls. advise what follow-up I can do.

Note:I485 receipt and FP notice was recd. by me.
I765 receipt was recd. by my attorney.

It will probably come in the mail later. Even then, bring the receipt to your Biometrics and they may take the prints for the EAD as well.

ps: why not ask your lawyer?
