I am on L2 and waiting for my EAD for past 80 days. Now the problem is that Ive got a job offer and the employer wants me to join in a weeks time and produle my EAD within 3 days of joining. Can anyone plz suggest what should i do to expedite my processing? Also does anyone has an idea like whats the maximum time the employer can provide to the employee to submit all documents??? Will I lose my job offer?
