Where to apply my EAD

Hi
my lawyer forgot to apply EAD at the time of applying my I-485 in Aug month.
So now i am planning to apply my EAD next week.
My question is
My lawyer applied my I-485 at Nebraska Service Center(i am living in PA state past 1 year)and i got received my I-485 receipt.
So now where should apply my EAD either Nebraska service center or Taxas Service Center ?
and to which address do i need to send my Documents?

please help me
