Hi
My H1 expired on July 1st 2007. My attorney filed for h1 extention on july 17th ( he sent to different centre on june 25th and it came back and then he resent it to proper center on july 17th). My H1 extention is approved with consulte processing ( i have to go to india for Visa approval) on Sept 28th.
My i-485 along with application for EAD is sent on july 2nd. I got receipt on OCT 11th with receipt date as July 2.
My attorney said i can wait for EAD approval if it is not approved i have to go to india.
I am not sure if i can wait here for EAD approval or go to india for H1 visa approval.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
