If I will be working on my ead (under a certain license), and at the time of adjudication i am working out of my license but a related job, what are my chances of being approved for an immigrant visa?

I lost my temporary license as a physical therapist and will be working as a physical therapy aid under EAD. What is my chance of being approved of my AOS filed as physical therapist, working as physical therapy aid? Please help.
