My AP receipt notice date is Jun 28 2007, filed with Nebraska. If I check status on USCIS site there has been no update since July 2 2007. Current processing time relased on 15th Oct for Nebraska is July 2 2007. Is there a way that I can expedite the process or atleast know what is happening?
I am planning to Travel outside US in early Dec and hence it is critical that I receive 131 approved at the earliest.
