I checked my EAD status on Case status webpage and it shows, Failed and cannot find results. My notice date is october 17 and date received 8/17/07. Is this normal? anyone who experienced same situation also? thanks.

Hi,
If you use (-) when u log in try to type all the case number simultaneously or ignore the (-). it will shows like for example
MSC0000000000. -

I just applied for an EAD renewal. My Notice date is October 15th and I even have a biometrics appointment already scheduled for November 7th but I just can't access the website! Maybe they are experiencing some technical problems?Comment

According to there website due to the volume of applicants in july/aug
they are behind with updating website. They hope to update most if not all
over this week-end good luck to you all.Comment
