Me and my husband have recently got my EAD through Company A .I also have my H1B with the same Company A starting from October 2007.I have got my SSN using my I-797. I am looking for jobs as consultant now. My Query is
1. Can i look for full time positions by using my EAD? If i use my EAD and renew it every year and if there is a chance of my I-485 being denied. What will happen to my status?
2. I do not having stamping for my H1. How will it affect if i plan to travel out of country
