I saw your website and found it quite informative. I have a small query and would really appreciate if you could answer.
My I-140 has been approved in NIW category but my I 485 is pending. I
have my advance parole and Employment Authorization also approved. I had my wife’s name on I 485. She has not gotten H4 yet. I want to travel back home and bring her on H4 visa. I have my H1 extension approved. Is she eligible to get H4 after I travel on Advance Parole. I will really appreciate your time. Thanks.
