My I-140 has been approved but my I 485 is pending. I
am still waiting for my advance parole and Employment Authorization also approved. I am going to marry in early next year and want to bring my wife on h4 visa
I have my H1 extension approved. Is she eligible to get H4 after I travel on Advance Parole. I will really appreciate your time.
