EAD Vs H1-B - Is H1b will be invalid - if i start using EAD.

Thanks for your great service. I have H1-B approval (with denied extension), but got EAD today, if i start working on EAD, My H1-B will become invalid?.

Is it good idea to go for MTR for H1-B (I-94) extension on the approved H1-B?.
