question about use of EAD

My husbands company is sponsoring an employment based GC - he is on H1 with approved extensions.
I am currently on H4
We have both recd. EAD without fingerprinting.
I-140 and 485 are both still pending approval.

Q) Can I start working using my EAD while husband still maintains H1B?

Any help will be appreciated.
