does anyone have an indea or been through the same situation ?
i applied for I765 and I485 july 27 07 , i went for fingerprint on sept 14 07, everytime i used to check my I765 status was pending and message was we have recieved your application I765 on aug 15 and case still pending, i also used to hear that by automated service on phone , now when i try to call them to check my status on phone they say the status of this case number cant be found , does that mean they working on it or i might hear someone has b een updated on my case sooner? i think my case is now out of processing time its almost 90 days from the date they recieved it on aug 15.
any info will be appreciated.
