I have a pending AOS on the basis of marriage to USC and my EAD is expiring on 15th Jan 2008. I have finished E-filing and will send supporting documets tomorrow. But I heard that I can keep working for 2 more week if I have the proof that I have applied for renewal. Does someone have any idea about that?

You can not work without a valid EAD.

I had finger print appointment on 19th dec and on 20th I checked the online status and it said that my EAD card production is ordered so I am hoping that I will get it before my current EAD expires which is 15th janComment
