EAD Expired

Hi,
My Wife's EAD got expired on 05/28/2007.I am planning to re-apply after I got my L1 A extension done ,do I need to fill only I-756 form or need to fill any other forms(like I-539).

Please advise,Thanking you in advance

To renew the EAD you need form I-765
