Anyone who experienced similar situation? Please advise. I have already updated my address online. Do I still have to call the customer service number?

Probably your EAD send by USCIS before their system updated regarding your address change. Since you already changed your address online, so once USCIS receive your EAD card back will check their system and send you the EAD to your current address. It is ok to call customer service.

Slightly different address change scenario, but received the EAD
nogitsaro, it sounds like you had not submitted a forwarding address at the post office, or had you?
In my case, though I had changed my address over the phone(USCIS cust. service) on 11/14, my EAD was mailed to my old address. To note, the EAD approval notice was dated 11/16. I received that mail on 11/28 after it was forwarded by the postoffice to my new mailing address.
To add, my EAD came from the Nebraska Svc. center.
