EAD help

Got EAD thru spouse employment sponsorship. I140/485 of spouse is pending but i am out of status for more than a year. question is will I still be able to work with the EAD even if out of status?

Yes, you can work. You are no longer out of status, now your status is "pending AOS".

Did USCIS notify you of being out of status though? because this may bring your problems (you being subject to a ban).
