AP, H4 question, Pls help
I came into US in 2005 in H4 dependent on my husbands H1B. My H4 is valid until 10th April 2008. I started working on H1 last year and I don't have H1 stamping yet.
Now, I am working with my EAD. I haven't received my AP yet and it says case received in October 12th 2007 and pending with USCIS. When is it likely that I will get my AP? Any idea?
I would like to make a trip to India in March and come back by 23rd March. If I don't receive my AP, can I use my H4 to enter into US given all this situation? My husband got his H1 renewed already but he doesn't have a stamping later than 2005 with his old 797. If i can use my H4 to enter, what should I have to do to start working again with the same company?
