    Hi,

    I am on L2 and I e-filed for EAD on the 30th of Oct 2007. Within a week or so, I received a receipt from them telling me to wait until they intimate me again. But I havent heard from them ever since. Its been 2.5 months now and I haven't even received a call for the bio.... I called up the customer care and he didnt seem to have a clue either. He just wrote down a complaint and gave me a ref # and said it would take atleast 45 days. I am starting to get a little worried. Is there anything else that I have to do on this?? How long does it usually take to get a call for the bio??
    and yeah, I have even mailed them the photocopies of my I-94, Marriage certificate and the EAD application receipt.

    hi.. i got call for biometric after 3 months of filling.. just wait.. we might get the call soon.. btw, which service center had u filed?

        I wud suggest u to take infopass after 90 days of filling incase u dont get biometric call by then.
        I had been to infopass again yday and the IO issued a service request.
        Today my status has changed to card production ordered. Mine was in California Service Center.

          Congrats on your EAD, Sakshi!! and yep... I have already taken an infopass appt for Monday, 4th of Feb '08. And when I had called up customer care in early Jan, they had issued a serive req #. So, I am told to provide that at the Infopass appt on MOnday. I hope things work out for me too!

            I just got back from the InfoPass office at Chicago... We had a pretty bad experience. The lady at the counter is very very rude. She was not even ready to listen to me. She only said she could do nothing if I not heard from Nebraska in the past 90 days.... I called the customer care for help abt my case and they seemed clueless as always! So I guess all I can do is wait silently until I hear from them... Any other suggestion??
