Travel on AP while H!B pending!!!

Hello Gents,

My 7 years of H1B has expired on Dec 2007, I am now on EAD. I am planning to travel using AP. Do I need to show any additional documents when I reenter other than AP and passport?

Another Question:

My wife applied for H1b extension which has been pending for a year now (Due to mistakes made by my lawyer) and we still have no update but her I-140, EAD and AP has been approved. We are not sure if we can travel using her AP(I-131) while her H1B is pending?

you can travel with AP and passport, it will also help if you have copy of the i-485 receipt. Is your wife under this petition too?

I do not understand your wife's case. Is her GC based on her own company sponsorship or under yours? has she applied for I-485?
