Help With EAD Question

Hi,

My i485 is pending and I already had my interview in may 07. In the mean time my EAD was approved and valid till march 31st, 2008. I have applied for my EAD renewal, but i got a letter from USICS to go for my biometrics again...is that a normal procedure? I did provide a copy of my exsisting EAD card when filing for renewal as well. Can someone pls answer my question?

If you did your Biometrics more than 15 months ago, then you have to do them again...

Otherwise, it could be a mistake, but why not go anyways? you have nothing to lose.
