Like I had said in one of the prev threads, I applied for EAD( I 765) in Oct 2007. Its been 90+ days now and I still haven't got a call for biometrics... While people who applied just about 20-30 days back have already finished their bio and are waiting for EAD. I called the customer care multiple times but they just read out the status from the website. One of them suggested that I visit the local InfoPass office. So, I took an appt and visited the office couple of days back. the lady at the counter was so damn rude.... she did not even listen to me. She bluntly said she can't help me on this. My concern is,
Hoping to hear from someone....I am really worried.

- If neither the local office nor the customer service can help me out, then whom should I contact? From where will I get the right picture about my case and what is wrong with it??
- Would it help if I go to Nebraska office directly?
