I have a question regarding a borrower that is trying to purchase a home in San Antonio, TX. He is a pilot from Mexicana Airlines that was born in Mexico. Our lender is requiring that he have a US Employment Authorization. He says that they won't give it to him. Is this true and where can I read about these laws and/or exceptions for foreign airlines.
