I am expecting my EAD within 2 months (filled for EAD in Dec 07) and also expecting for my I-140 within a month.
Question:
1) After completing 180 days from I-485 filing, can i change my Employer using AC21? i heard that i should not change my sponsored employer....please advice.
2) If i dont change my sponsored employer, can i work with other empeloyer (second employer) full time?
3) Do i need to cancel my H1 before i consider full time job with second employer?
4) If i need to keep my sponsored employer, and work with second employer full time basis, on what basis the sponsored employer can run my payroll when i do not generate any revenue in his company?
