Investigation on EAD?
Hi,
i filed my I-485, I-765 and I -131 together on the aug 08, I have not heard any thing about the any of those. But I called INS and I checked with them and they told me i could get any letter from INS within 5 days, and if i donot get with in 5 days, I do need to call them again and they will need to do the investigation on my file what’s going on. Could you tell me what would be the the possibilities answer, is there any possibilities to get approved too after need to do investigation? Please make me clear.
