Job Description for Changing Employer on H1 - EAD ,AP Approved and 485 pending

Hi

I am working in company A.Through A I got my EAD,AP and I-485 pending and my H1B is also extended
until 2010.

After 180 days of EAD,i would like to change to company B using H1 transfer.

In order to change to Company B i need to file AC21 with the same job description.
But i dont know my current job description with company A and my company A is not providing
my job description.The only information that is available to me is my position and duties
in my petition for I-129 which is provided to me by my company A.I have the following questions


a)Is the information related to my position and duties provided in petition to I-129 sufficient
as a job description in AC21 to change to Compnay B on H1 transfer?
b)If my company A doesn't provide my job description what is the best way to get my job description?
c)How to change to company B by filing AC21 even if i dont know my job description with current company A.
d)will there be any complications to my I-485 status if i change to company B on H1 transfer
with out providing exact job description.

Why not use the EAD to change companies? Why H1?

1st thing is, if tomorrow there is a query on my 485 and lot of people suggest it is better for primary holder to stay on H1.
2nd If there is a delay in EAD approval, i will be out of status, where i can loose my job.

Well, you can get queries on your H1 as well (few of my friends already got queries, they filed for H1 extension even though they have EADs). Apply for EAD extension well in advance (120 days before expiry). Why do you want to continue to be exploited on the H1? Looking at the number of applicants waiting on the EAD, you may get the green card after retirement. In such a scenario, it makes sense to find the best job opportunity, use AC21 and make a switch. You can keep switching companies on EAD and AC21 by re-filing AC21.
