Going to India for Vacation

Hi,

We (myself and my wife) have applied for Green Card and our I-140/I-485/EAD are in process. We got the Advance parole last week and we are planning to use Advance parole while going out of US and coming back to US.
My wife is on F1 Visa now and I am on H1 Visa.

Is there any problem or catch that I should be aware of while travelling. In other words, while travelling other than Advance parole which other documents I need to carry other than Advance parole and I-140/I-485/EAD Receipts.
Please comment!!

It should be safe if neither of you have overstayed a visa in the past. Carry copies of the receipts you mentioned.

If you are still on H1 and it is stamped, you can use that to reenter. Your wide will have to use AP.
