EAD expired

Hi,

My EAD got expired in Sept 2007.
I went to India in August 2007 and came back to USA in FEB 2008.

I heard that for EAD renewal one should apply before 6 months of expiry....

1. Now Can I apply for EAD Renewal ? ( My EAD already expired ) or should I apply for new EAD ?

2. Should I pay FEE again ?

3. I line in PA. For which USCIS centre, I should submit the application .

1.- You can renew it, but you can not work.

2.- Yes, you must pay the fee again.

3.- Read the I=765 instructions.
