  • AP question

Our AP had been mailed to us on feb 14th and we are still to receive it.
We had changed our address 2 months ago and we promptly changed our address at USCIS for all the related processing.

We have also informed the resident in our earlier residence to intimate is if they receive any mails in our name.

Any suggestions as to how else we can track or handle this situation or whom to contact for details?

    Thanks in advance.

      yes

Yes we did. We have been getting the mails forwarded to the new address.
Does AP get mailed to the applicant or does it go to the respective lawyers?
any idea. We got the EAD mailed to us directly.

        Ap

In my case, AP was sent to my lawyer. And then my lawyer sent to me. Be sure to update and CONFIRM with your lawyer about your changed address. What happened to me was that I notified my new address with my lawyer before receiving AP. However, the lawyer did not update his record and my AP was lost eventually in the mail.
