is it safe 2 go to india on ap if my h1 is not stamped on my passport.i came on b2 and changed my status to h1.i ve always been in status & my i140 is approved.please let me know if i can return safely on ap.

AP, nor any kind of non-immigrant visa for that matter, guarantees your entry to the United States of America.

but, in most cases, it should not present a problem.
