Parolee to H1 after AC21

Hello,

Once I travel to India and enter US on AP, my status will change to Parolee.

Before traveling to India , my H1 is valid till 2010.

Its known that my employer can again get me back to H1 with a new petition valid till 2010.

After entry into US would like to invoke AC21 to switch to another company.

Question is how do I get back to H1 from Parolee in 'change of employer' condition ?

Eligible valid H1 holder can use their H1 even after admitted through advanced parole.

So keep always your H1 valid through proper renewal even after getting your EAD until your I 485 gets approved.
