    Transfer from H1B to Workpermit

    I have recieved my work permit and AP. My H1B expires next month. Is there anything I should do in terms of paperwork to transfer my status from H-1B.

      Does the I-9 form need to be sent to the USCIS or does it stay with the employer? Thanks
