LLC with EAD

Hi All,

Me and my husband got our EAD recently. My husband has also got valid H1 with his GC sponsoring employer. My question is,

If I start an LLC, will I be able to sponsor my husband's H1 visa with no other employees in my company?

He's ready to transfer his H1 from his GC employer after 180 day period. But not sure whether he can transfer his H1 from his GC employer to my newly startup company.

Your help will be very much appreciated.

Yes, but ...

... it's tricky and not to cheap either. Why do you need a visa if you've got EAD?

Else, someone you know can start a LLC or S-Corp (better option) and then sponsor.

However, you don't need the H1 visa now, so why bother?
