***Urgent Help - Switch employer on EAD or H1B with I-140 unapproved

Hi, would really be helpful if you could provide your thoughts around this.

Planning to switch employers on EAD/H1B

1. EAD approved but I-140 and I-485 both unapproved and pending over 180 days
2. H1B valid till 2009 end

Would it hurt the Green card process if I move at this juncture ?

Would it be recommended to switch on EAD or H1B ?

Your inputs would be very beneficial.
