Fulltime on EAD

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am on H1B now with my current employer. I have EAD also (its been more than 6 months). Can I take full time by showing EAD card with out filing AC 21 with new employer? If any issue happens in future, i can always come back to my employer. Is it advisable with out AC21?

If you are no longer working for your greencard sponsoring employer, you must use AC21 route.
